Engine and gearbox

The X70 Plus shares its engine with the Dashing: a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol unit (1,498 cc) that Jetour calls the 1.5 TCI. PakWheels lists 154 hp and 230 Nm, with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic driving the front wheels. Fuel economy of around 10 to 13 km/L is a PakWheels estimate, not an official figure. Kerb weight is listed at 2,076 kg, so with seven seats and a full load the small engine will be working hard, which is our opinion rather than a tested result.

Size and practicality

Jetour’s Pakistan page lists the X70 Plus at 4,724 mm long, 1,900 mm wide and 1,720 mm tall, with a 2,720 mm wheelbase. It is a true seven-seater, and PakWheels quotes a ground clearance of 200 mm, which is higher than the Dashing and helps on broken roads. Boot space is listed at 1,680 litres with the rear seats folded, so the space behind the third row will be much smaller. Jetour highlights independent suspension on all four wheels with aluminium front control arms.

Equipment

The X70 Plus is sold in a single Deluxe version. Jetour lists a lane departure warning system, and PakWheels lists six airbags, ABS, stability control, hill descent control and a 360-degree camera system with a 540-degree view mode. Dual 10.25-inch screens, front and rear electric curtains, and a central rear control panel are also mentioned in PakWheels coverage. These details are not all repeated on the official page, so please confirm the exact equipment with a dealer.

Price, warranty and which one to buy

The present ex-factory price is PKR 8,299,000. This is a limited-time promotional price, and Jetour’s offer page shows a regular price of PKR 8,665,000. A free two-year or 40,000 km periodic maintenance package was announced in July 2026. We could not find published warranty terms. In our opinion, the X70 Plus is the better choice over the Dashing for anyone who regularly carries more than five people, since it is the only seven-seater in this price range. If you mostly drive with four or five on board, the Dashing is cheaper and has a similar engine.
