Battery and motor

The S1 3W has a 1200W motor and a 60V 36Ah Chilwee graphene battery. Evee claims a top speed of 35 to 40 km/h, a range of 50 to 70 km and a charging time of 7 to 8 hours. The battery is rated for about 300 charging cycles. The page title mentions a 2000W motor in one place, but the performance table and text say 1200W, so we have used 1200W. These are manufacturer claims, and the range will vary with the load and the road.

Size and practicality

This model has three wheels, which makes it very stable at low speed and at a standstill, and it can be a good choice for older riders or anyone who does not feel confident balancing a two-wheeler. Evee describes it as ideal for navigating residential communities. The official page does not publish dimensions, wheelbase, ground clearance, weight, seat height, load rating or tyre sizes, so we have left those fields out. The low top speed means it is not suited to main roads or highways.

Equipment

The official page lists the technical specifications and performance details but no feature list, so we cannot confirm brake type, lighting, display or storage. Please check these details with a dealer before buying. The page does not mention riding modes, reverse gear, USB charging or a removable battery. No colours are named.

Price, warranty and which one to buy

The official price is PKR 245,000. The warranty is 12 months on the motor, 20 months or 15,000 km on the battery, 6 months on the controller, 24 months on the frame and 3 months on the charger. The motor and controller warranty is shorter than on the two-wheel S1 and S1 Air models. In our opinion, the S1 3W makes sense only for riders who specifically want three wheels for stability, because a two-wheel Evee such as the S1 costs about Rs 39,000 less, goes faster and has a better warranty. If stability is your priority and your trips are short and slow, the S1 3W is a reasonable choice. Ask the dealer about the exact brake and equipment specification and test ride it first.
