The Eveon Pronto Max uses a 1200 W BLDC motor and a 76.8V 27Ah swappable lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. Eveon lists a top speed of 50 to 55 km/h and a range of 80 to 90 km in Eco Mode. The page quotes a charging cost of 2.3 units of electricity per full charge. Eveon’s website does not give a charging time for most models, so check with the dealer if overnight charging matters to you.
Eveon does not publish dimensions, weight, seat height or ground clearance for this model, so those fields are blank. The page lists 10-inch tubeless tyres and disc brakes on both wheels. Eveon says its scooters have spacious under-seat storage that fits helmets and bags.
Equipment listed on the model page includes front disc brake, rear disc brake, tubeless tyres, removable battery, side-stand engine cut-off, anti-theft alarm, reverse assist, cruise control, nfc card start, can protocol, keyless on/off, battery management system (bms). There is only one version of the Pronto Max, so there is no variant choice to make.
Eveon lists 24 months on the motor and 18 months on the controller and battery. The company’s own price guide advises buyers to check that the battery warranty is clearly written and that there is a service centre in their city. Eveon has a service centre and a dealership page, and you can book a test ride through the website.
Eveon says an electric scooter has no petrol cost because you charge it at home, and that it has fewer moving parts than a petrol bike, so there are no engine oil changes or spark plugs to replace. The company adds that your exact savings depend on how far you ride each day, so work out your own figures using your electricity tariff.
By price, the Pronto Max is number 9 of the 14 models in Eveon’s current model menu, counting from the cheapest. The next cheaper model is the Joy Max at Rs 229,000, which is Rs 20,000 less. The next dearer model is the Pronto at Rs 259,000, which is Rs 10,000 more. Eveon says prices may change and asks buyers to check the model page or contact the company for the latest price.
This section is our opinion. The Pronto Max undercuts the Pronto by Rs 10,000 while keeping the same battery and range claim, trading the 12-inch wheels for 10-inch tubeless tyres and adding NFC and a side stand sensor. For most city riders it is the better value of the two. Remember that range and top speed are manufacturer claims, so treat them as best-case figures.
