The Eveon Pronto Plus uses a 1200 W BLDC motor and a 72V 32Ah graphene battery. Eveon lists a top speed of 50 to 55 km/h and a range of 80 to 90 km in Eco Mode. The page quotes a charging cost of 2.3 units of electricity per full charge. Eveon’s website does not give a charging time for most models, so check with the dealer if overnight charging matters to you.
Eveon does not publish dimensions, weight, seat height or ground clearance for this model, so those fields are blank. The page lists 10-inch alloy tubeless tyres and a front disc and rear drum brake. Eveon says its scooters have spacious under-seat storage that fits helmets and bags.
Equipment listed on the model page includes front disc brake, tubeless tyres, alloy wheels, side-stand engine cut-off, reverse assist, cruise control, nfc card start. There is only one version of the Pronto Plus, so there is no variant choice to make.
Eveon lists 24 months on the motor and 18 months on the controller and battery. The company’s own price guide advises buyers to check that the battery warranty is clearly written and that there is a service centre in their city. Eveon has a service centre and a dealership page, and you can book a test ride through the website.
Eveon says an electric scooter has no petrol cost because you charge it at home, and that it has fewer moving parts than a petrol bike, so there are no engine oil changes or spark plugs to replace. The company adds that your exact savings depend on how far you ride each day, so work out your own figures using your electricity tariff.
By price, the Pronto Plus is number 5 of the 14 models in Eveon’s current model menu, counting from the cheapest. The next cheaper model is the N7 Max at Rs 189,000, which is Rs 15,000 less. The next dearer model is the N8 at Rs 212,000, which is Rs 8,000 more. Eveon says prices may change and asks buyers to check the model page or contact the company for the latest price.
This section is our opinion. The Pronto Plus is a mid-range scooter with NFC access and 80 to 90 km of claimed range. It costs Rs 20,000 more than the Joy for a stronger 1200 W motor and the NFC card system. Remember that range and top speed are manufacturer claims, so treat them as best-case figures.
