The Spark pairs a 64 V, 30 Ah Lithium LFP battery with a multi-mode motor rated at 800 to 1,200 W. Crown claims a top speed of 55 to 65 km/h and a range of 50 to 70 km in eco mode. That puts it a step above the Rizz in speed and power, though its claimed range is the same as the Rizz.
The standard charger is a 73 V, 8 A unit and a full charge takes 3 to 4 hours. As with the other Crown scooters, the page does not say whether the battery is removable.
Net weight is 72 kg and the load limit is 150 kg, so it can carry a rider and a passenger. There is a spacious under-seat compartment. Wide, deep-tread tyres are described as suited to uneven roads and monsoon conditions, and rear mirrors and a rubber mat are listed as attachments. Colours are blue, black and grey.
The Spark has an LED headlight, three riding modes, a front disc brake and a rear drum brake, and it uses NFC unlock. The page lists no alarm or combined braking system. Dimensions and seat height are not published.
Crown publishes the same warranty for all its electric bikes: Battery 4 years / 48,000 km; motor and controller 3 years / 36,000 km (repairable warranty); body parts 1 year / 12,000 km. Each period applies up to the stated distance, whichever comes first, and the motor and controller cover is a repairable warranty. Crown also lists financing through MCB Bank, Meezan Bank and Alfa Mall by Bank Alfalah, so ask your dealer for the current plans. The official price is Rs 195,000, which is Rs 50,000 more than the Rizz.
Ask the dealer whether the battery can be removed for charging and what the real-world range is with a pillion, since Crown quotes range only in eco mode. Check that the rear mirrors and rubber mat listed as attachments are included in the price, and confirm the seat height and dimensions, which the website does not publish.
In our opinion, the Spark is a sensible choice for a commuter who wants a pillion-capable scooter with a front disc brake without paying Fairy or Firefly money. The 64 V, 30 Ah battery is smaller than the 73.6 V, 30 Ah pack in the Fairy, and its claimed range is not better than the cheaper Rizz, so check real-world range on a test ride. If you ride mostly at city speeds, the extra power may not matter.
